Why can I not log in?



After five unsuccessful attempts to enter your password, your account will be locked out and a message will be displayed ‘User locked out.’

In order to “Unlock” your account you will need to contact ICS on 0330 123 3689  ICS will arrange for the account to be “Unlocked” You will then be able to try and log in again (if you think you know your password) if not you will need to go through the password reset process to be able to access the portal again successfully.  This can be done through the Portal or alternatively you can ask ICS team to send a password re-set link to your e-mail address.
