Documents

Available to ALL USERS.

The document store allows you to retrieve and download statements, contract notes and tax vouchers for your account(s).

Note: Only documents generated since 9^th March 2020 are accessible online.

1. Select the Documents option on the left tool bar.
2. The most recent Statements and Contract Notes for ALL accounts held are shown in descending date order. To view
an individual document, select the PDF icon to open it in a new window. The document can be printed or saved.
3. To download multiple documents, tick the boxes next to the required document and select the Download Selected
button. To select all documents, tick the box in the purple bar. The documents will be downloaded as individual files.
4. Tax Vouchers are shown on a separate tab.
5. You can search for a specific document, or documents relating to a fund or account, using the Search field. Or filter
the results by a date range or document type.
6. Documents may be displayed over multiple pages. Use the arrows to switch between pages, or change the number
of items displayed per page using the dropdown.

Note: Contract Notes for new transactions will be available to view the following business day after the valuation point.
